April 13, 2011Hey everyone – just wanted to give a brief lil’ update about the state of things and plans for the rest of the year as we know…
First of all: We sent our latest batch of songs off to be mixed by one Mr. Jim Diamond at Ghetto Recorders in Detroit, MI. This album (working title: “Psychedelta”) expands our sound even more, is bigger in scope and execution and promises to rock, roll, shake, quake and move yr souls, feets and asses, not to mention bang yr heads on a few occasions. Expertly recorded by Tom Meyers (drummer extraordinaire for Seattle’s own Thee Emergency)…we look forward to a late summer release. Look for some preview songs to be posted here (and there) after the whole shabang is mastered.
Also: check out the current tour dates…we have Marty going out with T-Model Ford (also accompanied by our good friend Paul Hutzler on rhythm guitar) for 10 days of shows from West to East. Also posted dates for the T-Model Ford & GravelRoad Midwest tour in May/June. Check it out!
